Easter Bunny Table Runner

 Hello,

This Easter Bunny Table Runner looks beautiful on a dining table and on top a decorative cabinet. The quilt block and sashing are done In The Hoop using the flip and stitch method. Then you finish with the embroidery designs. What I like about making quilt blocks In The Hoop is you don't have to cut the fabric precisly and when it is stitched in place the embroidery machine will stitch every block you make the same. For myself it is easier than making quilt blocks the traditional way. I will be teaching this project at the Moore's in Brea.

Uncle Sam Pillow Wrap

Hello,

I have really enjoyed making Pillow Wrap projects for a variety of holiday's.  This Uncle Sam Pillow Wrap can be displayed for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Veterans Day. This project is not limited to being desplayed on a sofa.  I display mine on a decorative cabinet.  Once you have the embroidery design file you could use it to also create a wall banner.  I will be teaching this project at Moore's in Huntington Beach. Print out the directions if you want or just save the PDF file and read from your computer or phone.

Bunny Pillow Wrap

Hello,

I have a beautiful project I will be teaching Saturday at the Moore's in Huntington Beach, March 15th at 9:30am.  My beautiful Bunny Pillow Wrap.  This bunny is so beautiful sitting in her garden of flowers.  It is an appliqué project that is stitched in the hoop with your embroidery machine.  It stitches out easily.  I have several pillow wrap projects for a variety of holidays.  Just purchase or make a 14" x 20" pillow to cover with a pillow cover that coordinates with the pillow wrap and change the wrap for each holiday.

Memorial Day Banner

Hello,

This is a new project design I created with my new software.  I learned a lot while creating this project. Line drawing, Steil stitches, Fills of a variety of types, Underlay, there is so much to learn about that. Had to make a few edits.  Though I have had to do that with my prior projects. After designing a project I stitch out a test project to see where I need to make adjustments. I may have to test a few times before I am satisfied with out the project stitches out and goes together. I am really please with how this one came together.

New Software! Floriani Universal Bundle

Hello,

I have been creating machine embroidery designs with the BES4 software that came with my first embroidery machine for the past two years.  The class coordinator recommended that I upgrade to a software that would give me the ability to create a variety of more designs.  The cost of the software was too prohibitive to consider.  The store where I teach recently had an event where the software was being featured.  I decided to attend the event and check out if the software would allow me to create some of the ideas I had in mind.  The presentor was great at showing me some of the features I was looking into.  There was an special offer that included more than the basic software at a great discount.  I decided to go ahead and get the software.  I was told by people online before my purchase, as I had inquired if others had the software and asked if it was difficult to learn. I was told it was difficult to learn. Not to be dismayed, and knowing I have more computer software skills than most, I figured it couldn't be too hard for me to learn.  I watch about 4 tutorial videos and a couple videos related to what I was specifically looking for.  In no time I have created several different designs.  I am so excited to be able to create a wider variety of designs to offer to teach and create more projects for myself.

This is the software I purchased.  Lot's of options for me.
